So, what is acide orthophosphorique?
Acide orthophosphorique, also known as orthophosphoric acid, is a clear, colorless liquid with a sour taste and a strong odor. It is a mineral acid that is commonly used as a food additive, mainly for its role in regulating the acidity of certain foods and beverages. Acide orthophosphorique is also used in the production of fertilizers, detergents, and pharmaceuticals. While it is generally recognized as safe for human consumption in small amounts, excessive consumption can lead to negative health effects, such as tooth erosion and digestive issues.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
