So, what is albicocche?
Albicocche is the Italian word for apricots, a fruit known for its sweet, juicy flesh and velvety skin. Apricots are a member of the stone fruit family, along with peaches, plums, and cherries. They are a good source of fiber, vitamin A, and potassium, and are often enjoyed fresh, dried, or canned. In Italian cuisine, apricots are used in a variety of sweet and savory dishes, from jams and pastries to sauces and marinades. With their vibrant orange color and delicate flavor, albicocche add a touch of sunshine to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
