So, what is arroz precocido?
Arroz precocido, also known as pre-cooked rice, is a convenient food ingredient that has been parboiled and dehydrated for easy preparation. It is made by partially cooking rice in its husk, which retains much of the grain's nutrients and flavor. The rice is then removed from the husk, dried, and packaged. Arroz precocido is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes, from stir-fries to soups, and is especially useful when time is of the essence. It cooks quickly and produces a fluffy, slightly nutty rice that is perfect for a wide range of cuisines.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
