So, what is бензоена киселина?
Benzene acid, also known as benzoic acid, is a white crystalline powder with a slightly sweet odor. It is widely used as a food preservative due to its ability to inhibit the growth of yeast, mold, and bacteria. When added to foods and beverages, it helps extend their shelf life and maintain their quality. Benzene acid is naturally found in certain fruits and spices, including cranberries, cinnamon, and cloves. Although it is generally recognized as safe by regulatory agencies, some individuals may experience adverse reactions such as allergic dermatitis or asthma symptoms.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
