So, what is beurreconcentré?
Beurre concentré, also known as concentrated butter, is a type of butter that has been slowly simmered to remove the water content, resulting in a more intense and nutty flavor. This process also removes some of the milk solids, making it ideal for high-heat cooking without worrying about burning. With a higher fat content than regular butter, beurre concentré adds richness and depth to any dish it's used in. It can be used as a substitute for regular butter in recipes or as a finishing touch for sauces and dishes, adding a luxurious touch to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
