So, what is d'airelle?
D'airelle, also known as lingonberry, is a small, tart berry commonly found in Scandinavian cuisine. With a bright red color and a slightly acidic taste, d'airelle is often used in sauces, jams, and baked goods. Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, this flavorful ingredient is also believed to have health benefits such as reducing inflammation and improving digestion. D'airelle can be found fresh in some specialty stores, but is more commonly sold dried or in preserves. Whether used as a topping for meat dishes or as a filling for pastries, d'airelle adds a unique and delicious twist to any recipe.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
