So, what is du saccharose?

Du Saccharose, also known as table sugar, is a naturally-occurring disaccharide composed of glucose and fructose molecules. Extracted mainly from sugarcane or sugar beets, it is widely used as a sweetener in the food industry due to its high solubility and sweetness intensity. Du Saccharose is not only used for flavoring purposes but can also help to improve the texture and consistency of certain baked goods. However, excessive consumption of du saccharose has been linked to various health issues, including obesity, diabetes, and dental problems.
