So, what is du sója?
Du soja, also known as soybeans, are a highly versatile and nutritious legume that originated in East Asia. These small, beige-colored beans are a rich source of plant-based protein and contain all nine essential amino acids required for human health. Du soja is commonly used to produce soy milk, tofu, miso, and other popular food products. This ingredient is also a popular meat substitute in vegetarian and vegan diets. Consuming du soja has been linked to numerous health benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
