So, what is et au chili?
"Et au chili" is a French culinary term that translates to "and with chili." It refers to the addition of chili peppers, a pungent and spicy ingredient, to a dish. Chili peppers come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and heat levels, ranging from mild to extremely hot. They are often used in Mexican, Southwestern, and Tex-Mex cuisine, but are also popular in many other cuisines around the world. Adding "et au chili" to a dish can elevate its flavor profile and add a pleasant heat that lingers on the palate.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
