So, what is etiķskābe?
Etiķskābe is a sour and pungent liquid that is commonly used in cooking and food preservation. Also known as acetic acid, it is a natural byproduct of fermentation and is often found in vinegars. Etiķskābe has a strong odor and can be quite corrosive in its concentrated form, but is safe for consumption when appropriately diluted. Its acidic properties make it a popular ingredient in marinades, salad dressings, and pickling solutions. Additionally, etiķskābe is often used as a natural cleaning agent due to its ability to dissolve mineral deposits and remove stains.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
