So, what is fruktozė?
Fruktozė, also known as fruit sugar, is a naturally occurring monosaccharide that is commonly found in sweet fruits and honey. It is a simple sugar that has a sweet taste and is often used as a natural sweetener in the food industry. Fruktozė is absorbed by the body more slowly than other sugars and is therefore often recommended for those with diabetes. It is also a popular ingredient in sports drinks and energy bars due to its quick energy release. Fruktozė is commonly used in baking, as it helps to enhance the sweetness and texture of baked goods.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
