So, what is hop oil?
Hop oil is a potent and aromatic extract that is derived from the hop flower, a key ingredient in the production of beer. With its distinct earthy and floral notes, hop oil is widely used in the brewing industry to impart a unique flavor and aroma to beer. The oil is extracted from the hop cone using steam distillation or CO2 extraction, resulting in a concentrated liquid that is easy to add to beer recipes. In addition to its use in beer brewing, hop oil is also used in the production of cosmetics, perfumes, and aromatherapy products due to its relaxing and calming properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
