So, what is karela juice?
Karela juice, also known as bitter melon juice, is a potent and nutrient-rich beverage made from the bitter gourd vegetable. It has a distinctively bitter taste and is commonly consumed in Ayurvedic medicine for its various health benefits. Packed with vitamin C, potassium, and iron, this juice is believed to improve digestion, boost immunity, regulate blood sugar levels, and promote healthy skin and hair. Karela juice can be served chilled or at room temperature and is often mixed with honey, lemon, or other fruit juices to balance out the bitterness.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
