So, what is piridoxina?
Pyridoxine, also known as vitamin B6, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an essential role in various bodily functions. This nutrient helps to convert food into energy and is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine. Pyridoxine is also important for the immune system, red blood cell production, and the metabolism of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Although pyridoxine can be found in many foods such as fish, poultry, and bananas, supplements are also available for those who may not be getting enough through their diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
