So, what is protéine de lait concentré?
Protéine de lait concentré, or concentrated milk protein, is a high-quality source of protein that is derived from cow's milk. It is made by removing the water and some of the lactose from fresh milk, leaving behind a concentrated mixture of proteins, including casein and whey. This ingredient is often used in sports nutrition products and protein supplements due to its high protein content and easy digestibility. In addition to supporting muscle growth and recovery, concentrated milk protein may also help to support healthy bones and immune function.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
