So, what is soya-lecithin?

Soya lecithin is a natural emulsifier derived from soybean oil. It is a highly versatile ingredient that is commonly used in the food industry to improve texture, stability, and shelf-life of processed foods. Soya lecithin can be found in a variety of products such as chocolates, baked goods, and dairy products. Due to its unique properties, it is also used in non-food products such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and industrial applications. Soya lecithin is a rich source of phospholipids, which have been linked to various health benefits such as improving cholesterol levels and brain function.
