So, what is víz?
Víz, the Hungarian word for "water," is a vital ingredient in the world of cooking and baking. It is a colorless, tasteless, and odorless liquid that can be found in abundance on our planet, and it is a crucial element in the preparation of many dishes. Víz is often used to dissolve other ingredients, adjust the consistency of sauces and soups, and moisten dry ingredients. Its unique properties also make it an essential ingredient in the production of bread, pastry, and other baked goods. Although it is often taken for granted, without víz, cooking and baking as we know it would be impossible.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
