So, what is vollkornflocken?
Vollkornflocken is a German term that refers to whole grain flakes. Made from the entire grain, including the germ and bran, these flakes are a highly nutritious and fiber-rich addition to any diet. They are commonly used as a breakfast cereal, mixed into muesli or granola, or used as a topping for yogurt and smoothie bowls. The hearty and nutty flavor of vollkornflocken makes them a versatile ingredient in both sweet and savory recipes. They are also a great source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making them a wholesome choice for health-conscious eaters.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
