So, what is aminosuccinate acid?
Aminosuccinate acid, also known as aspartylsuccinic acid, is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative that plays an important role in the production of proteins and the metabolism of carbohydrates. It is composed of two amino acids, aspartic acid and succinic acid, which combine to form a unique molecule with a variety of functions in the body. Aminosuccinate acid has been shown to improve cognitive function and memory, boost energy levels, and support healthy digestion. It can be found in a variety of foods, including meat, fish, and dairy products, and is also available as a dietary supplement.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
