So, what is anaheim pepper?
Anaheim peppers are a type of mild chili pepper that originated in New Mexico but are now commonly cultivated in Southern California. They are long and slender, with a bright green color when unripe and a deep red color when fully matured. With a Scoville rating of 500-2,500, they are relatively mild and have a slightly sweet taste with a subtle hint of spiciness. Anaheim peppers are versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, from salsas and sauces to stir-fries and stuffed peppers. They are also a good source of vitamin C and other antioxidants.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
