what is vegan

Is garcinia forbesii vegan?

Garcinia forbesii is a lesser-known tropical fruit that has recently gained attention due to its potential health benefits. Native to Southeast Asia, this small, green fruit has a sour taste and is rich in hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which is believed to aid in weight loss by suppressing appetite and inhibiting fat production. The fruit is also a good source of vitamin C, antioxidants, and other phytochemicals that may have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. While not widely available in Western markets, garcinia forbesii is used in traditional medicine and cuisine in its native regions.

Garcinia forbesii is a vegan food ingredient.
