So, what is kofein?
Kofein, also known as caffeine, is a naturally occurring alkaloid found in the seeds, leaves, and fruits of some plants, including coffee beans, tea leaves, and cocoa beans. It is a central nervous system stimulant that can increase alertness, reduce fatigue, and improve cognitive function. Kofein is often added to food and drinks, such as energy drinks, to provide a quick burst of energy. It is also commonly consumed in the form of coffee, tea, and chocolate. However, excessive consumption of kofein can lead to negative side effects, such as anxiety, insomnia, and increased heart rate.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
