So, what is kokosolja?
Kokosolja, also known as coconut oil, is a versatile ingredient that has been used in cooking and baking for centuries. Extracted from the meat of mature coconuts, it has a unique flavor and aroma that is loved by many. This oil is rich in healthy saturated fats, lauric acid, and medium-chain triglycerides that are known to provide numerous health benefits. Kokosolja is also an excellent substitute for butter or other oils in recipes and can be used for frying, sautéing, baking, and even as a spread on bread. With its many health benefits and culinary uses, kokosolja is a must-have ingredient in any kitchen.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
