London rocket, also known as Sisymbrium irio, is a wild edible plant that belongs to the mustard family. Its leaves are deeply lobed and its flowers are small and yellow. This herb has a slightly bitter taste and is commonly used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine as a seasoning or salad green. It's a rich source of vitamins A and C, as well as minerals such as calcium, iron, and potassium.
