So, what is tomatoe puree?
Tomato puree is a thick and smooth blend of cooked, strained tomatoes that have been reduced to a concentrated paste. It is a versatile ingredient used in a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, stews, and casseroles. Tomato puree is made by cooking ripe tomatoes until they are soft, then removing the skin and seeds and pureeing the pulp. It has a rich and intense tomato flavor that adds depth and complexity to any recipe. Tomato puree is also a great source of vitamins A and C, potassium, and fiber, making it a healthy addition to your diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
