Is wild radish vegan?

Wild radish, also known as Raphanus raphanistrum, is a cruciferous plant that belongs to the Brassicaceae family, which includes mustards and cabbages. Unlike the familiar round, red radish sold in grocery stores, wild radish has elongated pods with small, white flowers that bloom in clusters. It grows in fields, meadows, and along roadsides and is considered an invasive species in some regions. Wild radish has a strong, peppery flavor similar to arugula and can be enjoyed raw in salads or cooked in stir-fries and soups. It's a good source of Vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.

Wild radish is a vegan food ingredient.
