So, what is βιταμίνες?
Βιταμίνες (vitamines) is a Greek term that refers to essential organic compounds required for normal growth and maintenance of the human body. Vitamins play a critical role in metabolism, immune function, and various physiological processes. There are 13 known vitamins, including A, C, D, E, K, and the B-complex vitamins. Each vitamin serves a unique function and can be obtained from a variety of food sources. Adequate vitamin intake is crucial for maintaining optimal health and preventing deficiency-related illnesses. Vitamins can also be taken in supplement form to ensure adequate intake.
