So, what is complexes cuivriques de la chlorophylle?
Complexes cuivriques de la chlorophylle, or copper chlorophyllin complexes, are a group of natural food colorants derived from chlorophyll. These compounds are commonly used in the food industry to impart a green color to a variety of products, including confectionery, baked goods, and beverages. Copper chlorophyllin complexes are stable and resistant to heat, making them ideal for use in food products that require processing or high-temperature cooking. In addition to their coloring properties, copper chlorophyllin complexes are also believed to have potential health benefits, such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
