So, what is ibisco?
Ibisco, also known as hibiscus, is a unique and vibrant ingredient that is commonly used in cooking and beverages around the world. The dried petals of the hibiscus flower have a tart, cranberry-like flavor, and a beautiful crimson hue that adds a pop of color to any dish. Besides its aesthetic appeal, ibisco is also prized for its numerous health benefits. It's loaded with antioxidants, vitamin C, and minerals, making it a great addition to any diet. In culinary applications, ibisco is often used in teas, jams, sauces, and as a garnish in salads and desserts.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
