So, what is anhidrido carbonico?
Anhidrido carbonico, also known as carbon dioxide, is a colorless and odorless gas that is naturally present in the Earth's atmosphere. It is an essential ingredient in carbonated beverages, giving them their characteristic fizz and refreshing taste. In food production, it is often used as a preservative, preventing the growth of bacteria and fungi by creating an environment that is unsuitable for their survival. Anhidrido carbonico is also commonly used in the production of dry ice, which is used in various industries such as transportation and food storage. Although it is a naturally occurring gas, excessive exposure to anhidrido carbonico can be harmful to human health.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
